The StrechCordz with Leg Straps S102 provides resistance for dry-land leg abduction, adduction, extensions and curls to strengthen muscles and improve swim times. It can also can be used in water for resisted stationary swimming. Swimmers use StrechCordz resistance exercise products to improve stroke, strength and endurance.
