We ship on Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2pm AEST (QLD time) are shipped the same day by Australia Post, the cut off for Star Track is 12:30pm AEST.
During big sale events or after public holidays we may need an extra 1 day to clear our order back log.
All items we sell are in stock in our Gold Coast warehouse. If you order more than 1 of the same item we may need to order the extra items from our suppliers. You will be notified within a few business hours if this is the case.
FREE Delivery on Australian orders over AUD$100.
Australia Post will email you your tracking number. Signature on delivery is required for new customers and high value orders, Australia Post will give repeat customers the choice of leaving the parcel in a safe place or taking the parcel to their local post office if they are not home.

Star Track Shipments
Shipments sent by Star Track are authorised to be left at the premises if no one is home. By choosing Star Track, you the customer accept responsibility for any lost parcels as a result of them being left at the address given. We strongly suggest you use a business/work address for Star Track deliveries.
Star Track does NOT deliver to PO Boxes, but Star Track Air can deliver to Auspost Lockers.

Duties & Taxes
The shipping amount paid for your order does not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Your local customs office will contact you if you are required to pay any custom or duties. Each country has a different threshold for when customs will charge duty & taxes. If the duty & taxes are not paid the shipment will usually be destroyed by the carrier and no refund will be available.
We must legally declare the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on your order.
