We ship on Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 2pm AEST (QLD time) are shipped the same day. During big sale events or after public holidays we may need an extra 1 day to clear our order back log.
All items we sell are in stock in our Gold Coast warehouse. If you order more than 1 of the same item we may need to order the extra items from our suppliers. You will be notified within a few business hours if this is the case.

Australia Post will email you your tracking number. For express post your package will arrive next day for metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers. Check if you are in the Australia Post "next day delivery network." Signature on delivery is required for new customers and high value orders, Australia Post will give returning customers the choice of leaving the parcel in a safe place or taking the parcel to their local post office if they are not home. Bulky items are sent by regular delivery only.

Duties & Taxes
The shipping amount paid for your order does not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Your local customs office will contact you if you are required to pay any custom or duties.
We must legally declare the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on your order.
In cases where parcels have been returned to sender due to errors such as incorrect or incomplete postage addresses entered during checkout, a flat fee of $10 will be charged in order to cover the cost of resending the package to the correct / updated address.
