What are your shipping fees?

We ship all domestic and international orders using Australia Post as our carrier. All orders sent within Australia, are shipped by regular post at a cost of AU$8.50. International orders are shipped by international regular post at a cost of AU$22.50. All orders over AU$250.00 are shipped free of charge.

Do you offer express shipping?

We send all Australian orders by eParcel Express Post, which requires signature on delivery.

We are able to send international orders by Express International Courier or Express Post International. The rates vary between countries and also depending on the size and weight of the parcel being delivered. Rates can vary between $45 - $70. If you would like to have your order sent by either of the two international express post options, please contact us and we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost for your country.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship orders all over the world. We frequently ship to countries such as New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Spain, Norway, Sweden, France and Ireland. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to your local import duties and taxes when entering your country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country. Any duties and taxes are your responsiblity and must be paid for before your order can leave customs in your country. Duties and Taxes are not included in the shipping amount paid on your order.

What does 'in transit from manufacturing facility' mean?

This means the item is in transit from the manufacturing facility to our distribution centre, where it will then be tagged and packaged before being shipped to you.

When will my order ship?

Please check the item description for more specific information on the estimated shipping time. If all of the items are "in stock", your order will generally ship within 48 hours. However, some items marked as "in stock" are sent from our distribution centre and may take between 3-4 for dispatch. Products that are listed as "made upon ordering" will take approx 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and an additional week for shipping. Items that are made upon ordering cannot be expedited.

Please note we do not ship orders on weekends.

Can I track my shipment?

No. You can track the progress of your order, however you cannot track the item once it has shipped to you. We can provide you with a shipping number, however this number is for Australia Post delivery records only, it is not a tracking number for your parcel.

How long does shipping take?

Orders sent within Australia by Express Post are 'guaranteed next day delivery', however if your postcode is outside the Australia Post 'express post zone' it may take up to 4 days to arrive. Please take into consideration that the day your order is shipped does not factor into the transit time (same applies for weekends and holidays). Orders sent by Registered Post International may take between 10-14 business days. Orders sent by Express International Courier or Express Post International normally take between 3-5 days.

How do I receive Free Shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders over AU$250.00. The shipping amount will be automatically deducted from your order total on checkout.


What happens in the event my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us. We will lodge a missing parcel investigation with Australia Post and send you a copy of the "investigation number". Missing parcel investigations with Australia Post can take up to 2 weeks.
