PLACING AN ORDER
Do I have to place my order on your website?
We are an online store so the best way to order is through our website. However, you can download an
order form and mail your order to the address listed on the order form. We do not take orders or payment over the phone.
What are your payment options?
We have a range of payment options. You can select from one of the following payment option on checkout:
Secure Online Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only)
Pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) in our secure environment. All credit card payments are processed by St George Bank and will appear on your statement as Swimmer.com.au.
Direct Deposit
Pay into our bank account via direct deposit.

Note: orders payed by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within seven working days will be cancelled.
We do not take payment details over the phone.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 3 days of when your order is placed.
Why was my credit card declined?
In most instances, credit cards are declined as the credit card number, cvc or expiration date has been entered incorrectly. In the event your credit card is declined you will sent an email asking you to re-enter your credit card details in our
secure payment link.
Will my credit card details be safe?
We use St George Bank to process all credit card transactions. Please read the
security notice for more information.
How do I search your website?
There are two ways to search our website. You can use the menu to the left of our website to search by category for example, training swimwear. Or you can use the search box which is located to the top left of our website. Please
contact us if you have trouble locating a product on our website.
How do I navigate you website?
Our website is simple and easy to navigate. The left side of our website is the easiest way to shop. Simply scroll over to the left and click on one of the links to shop by a specific category. You will also find some useful information to the left, including swimwear advice, customer support and order tracking. If you hover your mouse over an item and your mouse pointer changes from an arrow to a hand, this is generally a clickable item.
How do I know which size to order?
Size charts are assigned to each product and are located just above the add to cart button. Please be aware that slight variations in sizing invariable occur between manufacturers and countries. While we have attempted to standardise the sizing for you we recommend taking the time to take your measurements and compare them to the size chart assigned to the product you are looking at. We do offer
exchanges if the swimsuit you order does not fit. Please read our
size chart page for more information.
Can I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order?
