What are your payment options?

We have a range of payment options. You can select from one of the following payment option on checkout:

Secure Online Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only)

Pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) in our secure environment. All credit card payments are processed by St George Bank and will appear on your statement as Swimmer.com.au.

Direct Deposit (Australia ONLY)

Pay into our bank account via direct deposit.

Note: orders payed by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within seven working days will be cancelled.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 3 days of when your order is placed.

Why was my credit card declined?

In most instances, credit cards are declined as the credit card number, cvc or expiration date has been entered incorrectly. In the event your credit card is declined you will sent an email asking you to re-enter your credit card details in our secure payment link.

Will my credit card details be safe?

We use St George Bank to process all credit card transactions. Please read the security notice for more information.
