What is your return policy?
You may return the item you purchased within 10 days from the date of shipping for a refund* and 14 days for an exchange or store credit. International customers will need to advise us via email of their intention to return the swimsuit within 10 days from the date of shipping for a refund and 14 days for an exchange or store credit. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment. Please note, the following conditions apply to the item/s you are returning:- Must be returned in its original state.
- Must not have been worn in the pool, washed or soiled.
- All original tags and packaging must be returned
Why are some suits in stock and others made upon ordering?
Generally, swimsuits that are in stock are made in limited numbers, so once they are sold out they won’t be repeated. These items are normally more expensive due to the unique prints, number of colours and style. Items that are made upon ordering come from an ongoing style and print range. These items will remain on the website no matter how much stock is sold.Do you have a retail location?
We do not have a retail store, we are online store only.Can I request a catalogue?
As our products and stock levels change daily, we do not maintain a printed catalogue. You can view our full product range online at: www.swimmer.com.au.I can't figure out what size I am.
Every product on our website has sizing information located under the drop down size box. Sizing does vary between manufacturers so it is best to look at the measurements on each product you are ordering. A copy of your order is emailed to you once your order is placed. If you have misplaced this email, please contact us and we can re-send a copy of your order.Why do you need my information?

Your credit card will be charged within 3 days of when your order is placed.Why was my credit card declined?
In most instances, credit cards are declined as the credit card number, cvc or expiration date has been entered incorrectly. In the event your credit card is declined you will sent an email asking you to re-enter your credit card details in our secure payment link.Why was my order returned to your facility?
If your order is undeliverable by Australia Post, it is returned to us. This could stem from a number of reasons including, an incorrect shipping address or postcode, a blank return address or an unsigned package. Please be assured every attempt is made to ensure these errors don’t occur.Do you make club uniforms?
