Important Christmas Ordering Information

Christmas is just around the corner so if you are thinking of buying a gift from Swimmer.com.au please consider the following:

• Extended Returns - Any orders placed between 29th November 2011 and 21st December 2011 will enjoy an extended return period of 30days.
• Our last day of dispatch will be Wednesday 21st December 2011.
• All Australian orders will be sent by Express Post, normally overnight delivery but not guaranteed during the Christmas period.
• FREE Express Delivery for all Australian Orders over $100
• International Orders take approx. 10-14 business days for delivery, sometimes longer due to delays during the Christmas period
• Express International Shipping is available upon request, additional fees will apply but we will quote you on shipping prices prior to shipping
• Stock updates - we update our stock levels several times a day and are constantly receiving shipments of new stock or top ups of items that have sold out. Please check back or email us if you are after something specific
• Deliveries from our suppliers can be delayed during this period, please be patient we will get your order sent to you as soon as we can
